Larry Wells' Death Helped Inspire Children's Book 'Balloons For Heaven'

Journalist Matt Chandler was inspired by Larry Wells' wife, Jill, after his murder. She helped the couple's young child deal with Larry's murder by writing notes and sending them via balloon to heaven. Chandler wrote a children's book afterward.
