Michael Overstreet's Execution Stalled Until His Mental Health Improves

Michael Overstreet remains on death row because of mental incompetency. Kelly Eckart's mother even said she can tell he is "suffering inside his own mind," and that he can't be executed if he doesn't know why it's happening.
