The detectives of the New York Police Department are always busy, working to find justice for homicide victims and their loved ones. And while some of these stories ended up on the front page of newspapers, Oxygen's New York Homicide takes a deeper, more detailed look at a range of cases investigated by the Homicide Unit.

Hosted by NYPD Retired Chief of Detectives Robert K. Boyce and featuring interviews with prosecutors and detectives, New York Homicide takes viewers across the city's five boroughs. The press release teased that in the second season, investigators revisit the "seemingly accidental death of a successful banker, the murder of a well-connected realtor with ties to Hollywood and the shooting of a retired law enforcement officer in Brooklyn, among others."
