Shanna Roach, the sister-in-law of Judy Flanagan, remembers how shocked the community was when Flanagan was arrested for the murder of Dennis Coates. In 2005, Flanagan was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole after being found guilty of capital murder. Roach believes Flanagan was involved in the murder, but she does not think she killed him.
