3 Adult Brothers Accused Of Raping 10-Year-Old Girl

Raul and Wilmer Paz-Perez, both 35, and Elder Paz-Perez, 31, allegedly attacked a 10-year-old child Sept. 9 and raping her, according to a press release from the Kenner Police Department. All three men face a charge of first-degree rape of a victim under the age of 13.
