Alleged 'Cannibals' Accused In Botched Castration

Bob Lee Allen, 53, and Thomas Evans Gates, 42, were arrested last week after a botched surgery on an unidentified man. The two alleged cannibals are accused of running a makeshift clinic in Oklahoma where they performed illicit sex change procedures.
