Billy Chemirmir Indicted On 3 More Murder Charges

On Dec. 8, a Dallas grand jury indicted Billy Kipkorir Chemirmir, 48, on three new capital murder charges, the Dallas News reports. This brings Chemirmir’s capital murder charges up to 17, though in all he's been accused of causing 24 deaths in criminal court filings.
