Boston Kidnapping Suspect to Undergo Evaluation

On January 22, police arrested and charged Victor Pena, 38, of Boston with kidnapping in connection with Olivia Ambrose’s disappearance. He pleaded not guilty to kidnapping and the judge ordered him to undergo a mental competency evaluation.
