Boyfriend Faces Murder Charge In Mom Of Two's Death

John “Jay” Curtis Tolson has been charged with second-degree murder in connection to the death of LeeAnn Fletcher Hartleben. On July 22, Tolson called 911 and told the dispatcher that he found Hartleben, 38, unresponsive in her North Carolina home.
