'Cleveland Strangler’ Serial Killer Dies In Prison Custody

On Feb. 8, a notorious Cleveland serial killer known as the “Cleveland Strangler” died in prison custody at an area hospital. Anthony Sowellm, 61, died at the Franklin Medical Center, the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction confirmed.
