Daycare Owner Accused Of Murdering Toddler In Her Care

Jessica Cherry, 37 has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder for the August death of Kaylee Thomas. The arrest comes after a medical examiner determined that Thomas died of what was determined to be homicide.
