La. Mom Arrested In Connection To Quawan Charles’ Death

Janet Irvin, 37, was taken into custody on Feb. 9, according to the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office. She was charged with failure to report a missing child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in the drowning death of 15-year-old Quawan Charles.
