Man Arrested For Allegedly Throwing 5-Year-Old Off Mall Balcony

24-year-old Emmanuel Deshawn Aranda, of Minneapolis has been arrested for allegedly throwing a 5-year-old boy from the third floor balcony at the Mall of America near Minneapolis.
