Man Charged For Falsely Claiming To Be Missing Teen Timmothy Pitzen

23-year-old Brian Rini told authorities that he was Timmothy PItzen, of Aurora, Illinois, who at age 6 disappeared in 2011. Authorities have changed Rini with one count of making a false statement to a federal officer, the FBI announced.
