'NorCal Rapist' Sentenced To 897 Years
A serial rapist dubbed the “NorCal Rapist” has been sentenced to hundreds of years in prison. Roy Charles Waller, 60, was sentenced to 897 years for a slew of vicious rapes and home invasions between 1991 and 2006.
