Pastor Andrew Cote Allegedly Murdered Neighbor Mildred Olivo

Andrew Cote, 36, has been charged with two counts of open murder in connection to the deaths of his neighbor Mildred Olivo, 71, and her friend Timothy Hanson, 56, according to online jail records.
