Police Release Footage of Kamille "Cupcake" McKinney Moments Before She Disappears

On October 12, Kamille "Cupcake" McKinney was playing with other children at an outdoor party when she vanished, police said. There's now a total of $25,000 being offered for information on 3-year-old McKinney's disappearance.
