Rape Allegations Against Couple Fabricated, New DA Says

Former Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas charged Grant Robicheaux and Cerissa Riley victimizing numerous women in 2018. But his successor, Todd Spitzer, now says that the whole case was a fabrication to boost Rackauckas' reelection bid.
