San Jose Woman Allegedly Runs Down and Kills Man, Police Say

On December 25th in San Jose, Sabrina Gutierrez faces murder charges after allegedly running a man down in her vehicle and killing him after he shot a pistol at her relative. Police later found the gunman dying on the side of the road, with his gun nearby.
