‘Serial Stowaway' Arrested At Chicago Airport

Marilyn Hartman, 69, was taken into custody on criminal trespass charges at the Chicago airport after her ankle monitor malfunctioned. She is known to law enforcement as a "serial stowaway" was apprehended at O’Hare International Airport on Mar. 16.
