Steven Carrillo Accused Of Killing Federal Agent

Steven Carrillo, 32, has been changed with murder and attempted murder in connection with the death of Federal Protective Service officer Dave Underwood, 53, according to federal authorities. Carrillo is also accused in a June 6 attack during a protest in Oakland.
