Sydney West Missing, Reward Offered For Student's Return

Sydney West, 19, was last seen around 6:45 a.m. in the Crissy Field area near the Golden Gate Bridge on Sept. 30, police say. The family of the Berkeley California freshman has offered a reward for information leading for her safe return.
