Two Are Arrested After Utah Woman Is Kidnapped, Killed

The Unified Police Department of Greater Salt Lake announced the arrest Tuesday of Orlando Tobar, 29, and Jorge Medina Reyes, 21 in connection with the death of 25-year-old Conzuelo “Nicole” Solorio-Romero, according to a statement.
