Wood Chipper Murderer Richard Crafts Released From Prison

Richard Crafts had been behind bars since his 1987 arrest and subsequent conviction of murdering his wife, Helle Crafts. The Connecticut Department of Corrections released Crafts to transitional housing, spokeswoman Karen Martucci announced.
