Cruz Lara Peterson, the sister of Alma Zuniga, remembers their childhood and what Zuniga was like growing up. In 1979, 23-year-old Zuniga was raped and murdered by Bakersfield man Clark Russel. He was found guilty of first-degree murder in December 2014.
