Former lead attorney Dean Brekke recalls the case of Dr. Peter Normann, a cosmetic surgeon from Phoenix, Arizona who was convicted in three patient deaths. Dr. Normann was sentenced to a total of 20 years for two second-degree murder counts, and he was given five years for one manslaughter charge.
