Who Was Alicia Santizo?

Edward Eades, a plastic surgeon who was asked by the Arizona Medical Board to serve as an outside medical consultant on the Dr. Peter Normann case, discusses the treatment of 41-year-old patient Alicia Santizo. During Santizo’s fat grafting procedure, she suffered a cardiac arrest due to a fat embolism and later died.
